Maintenance Technician:
First Shift
Starting Pay: $25-$30 per hour
Performs maintenance on machines used throughout the Dimax plant.  Repairs any damages to the machinery.  Track maintenance on equipment performed and/or issues that arise within the process. 

Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical machine repairs.
Perform cleaning, preservation and storage of production molds.
Perform light mold maintenance and changes.
Safe, efficient and timely configuration of production molds.
Safe, efficient, and timely completion of preventive maintenance assignments.
Promote and maintain positive working relationships
Communication with all shifts on any process issues
Maintain safe working conditions at all times
Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
Other duties as assigned.

RIM Foam Molding Operator
Second Shift
Starting Pay: $23/hour w/$1.00 2nd shift premium added on top.
Operates the RIM Molding Machine with the ability to program the machine.  Responsible for reading specifications in work order.  Performs inspection of parts the whole way through production.  Responsible for completing jobs on time and communicating any problems to the Supervisor if unable to meet schedule.

Run production molds.
Spray molds using a spray gun
Use hand tools to tighten and untighten molds
Keep area clean and organized.
Visual inspection of parts.
Identify ways to run jobs more efficiently
Communicate to Supervisor when running into problems.

Picking & Shipping Coordinator
First Shift
Staring Pay: $20-$24 per hour
This position is the final step for our Die Cut and/or Machining Dept by completing the product if it needs picking (i.e. holes picked), some assembly and then packaging the product and preparing it for shipping.  Shipping the order per the job packet instructions.  This position also requires computer knowledge and phone skills.

Review traveler for any special instructions and ensure everyone has signed off in the steps prior.
Package product to be shipped.
Check orders for accuracy.
Prepare paperwork for shipment.
Schedule shipments
Create shipment labels, BOL’s
Ensure all proper documentation is accommodating the shipment.
Pull Purchase Parts according to the schedule and prepare them for shipping.
Review the schedule and understand priorities of what needs to be done to meet the schedule.
Communicate any issues
